Cookie Notice

Effective 16 July 2026. Version 2026-07-16.

This notice explains how the TCMeet pre-launch website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Current position: tcmeet.com does not intentionally use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social-media pixels or behavioural tracking on the public landing page. No cookie-consent banner is shown because no non-essential tracking is currently activated.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies can include local storage, tracking pixels, software-development kits and device identifiers.

2. Essential technology

The website and its hosting environment may use strictly necessary technical processes to deliver pages, protect security, manage server requests and prevent abuse. These functions are required for the service requested by the visitor and are not used for advertising.

3. Server logs

Our hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and the page requested. Server logs are not the same as advertising cookies, but they can contain personal information. Their use is described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Early-access form

The waiting-list form sends the information you enter directly to the TCMeet application programming interface. The current form does not need an analytics or advertising cookie to work.

5. External links

The website and welcome emails may contain links to external services such as WhatsApp, Facebook or X. Those services may use their own cookies after you follow a link. Their use is controlled by the external service, not TCMeet.

6. Future analytics or advertising

If TCMeet later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, embedded tracking or similar technology, those tools will not be activated until an appropriate choice has been provided where required. This notice and the website controls will be updated before that technology is enabled.

7. Browser controls

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking essential technology may affect how some websites function. At present, there are no TCMeet analytics or advertising cookies for you to manage on the public landing page.

8. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to hello@tcmeet.com.
